U14's Vs Millom 5/1/20

Firstly I would like to thank Millom for coming today, travelling a long way with a couple of players short.

We gave two of our players so we had 15 aside to start with.

Wasps got off to a fantastic start scoring in the first 30 seconds.

Unfortunately for Millom, who were under strength, the Wasps powered on - dominating most of the game.

Half time we gave Millom more players to help even things up, with Millom now having 19 players v Wasps 15.

Wasps played some great rugby, with forwards dominating the ruck, lots of phases and ball retention.
This gave the backs a great platform to run with the ball, creating great distribution to the edges.

All in all the boys kept their shape doing the basics well, "good mental attitude",
it was a good run out against a developing side.

Thanks to our young ref Fin who kept the game flowing and all players in check
