We are of course looking forward to visiting our local teams, replaying West Hartlepool who we had a great game with last time out and making trips new to our club and this group of players.

The lads are already on with their own individual training programmes and had group/team sessions with fitness coach Luke Reeson. The club are delighted to have Lowca back on board after his time out developing his fantastic business, Lake district Barbell.
