A huge congratulations to the Cockermouth Wasps u14s who took part in their first festival of the season this weekend on the back of the Red Roses with Rugbyfest! The team showed brilliant effort, teamwork and enthusiasm throughout the day. It was especially impressive to see several new players taking to the field after only one training session - a testament to their courage and commitment. The girls demonstrated outstanding tackling and strong defensive play, setting a great tone for the season ahead.

A big than you to Upper Eden RFC for hosting such a well-organised and enjoyable event, which saw 55 girls from a range of clubs come together to celebrate the start of the season.

Well done to all involved for making it such a positive and inspiring day for girls' rugby!
